Of course, nobody likes to recognize pictures that meet a description or to figure out alphabets while surfing the web. However, the good news is, the search giant Google has decided to remove those interactive hurdles that are served as a test of your humanity. According to Google, the latest version of reCAPTCHA will eliminate the interactive tests and will use scores to determine whether the users is a human or not. This simply means that you will no longer come across those annoying road signs and storefronts.
The upcoming reCAPTCHA update will bring certain changes on how the algorithm works. The scores will be given based on user interactions with the site. The non-human or bot-like interaction will be given 0.0 whereas human-like interactions will give 1.0 score. Now you all might be questioning, how it will figure if the interaction is done by human or bot?. Well, the scores will be given after analyzing different parameters like mouse movements, other actions on the screen. Right now, the reCAPTCHA version 3 is in a testing phase and it will be released soon. If you own a website, then you need to visit the reCAPTCHA developer page to find more details about the implementation. So, what do you think about this upcoming update?
