Download the Older version of Google Play Services
Head to the Apk Mirror and download the previous version of Google Play Services. Once done, enable the ‘Unknown Sources’ from the Security settings and install the app. Now head to Apps > Google Play Services > Data Usage. Turn off the ‘Background Data’ option.
